Delivery Information

Delivery shall be charged in accordance with destination chosen and price thereafter displayed which said price may be amended (after you place an order) but only to reflect a change in cost. Amendments to delivery details cannot be made after goods have been dispatched.

Please note BuySAfrica Ireland cannot be responsible for adverse weather conditions effecting delivery times. Where orders are placed after notified last order date / time for guaranteed delivery the Company does not accept responsibility for late delivery. You are responsible for providing correct daytime delivery address, telephone number and postal code. The Company cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any shortfall of which you become aware must be notified to the Company within two days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of dispatch of goods. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch as soon as it arrives. All items are subject to availability. Once an order as been dispatched, no amendments can be made to your order.
